Pepper and Egg Wrap

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 1 large Egg white, 1 serving Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Garlic, 1 clove *Cubanelle Pepper or Long Italian Hot Pepper, 2 serving *Fat Flush Flourless Tortillas, 1 serving
Directions
Saute garlic in olive oil. Add peppers and saute until soft. Add eggs. Cook until set. Season with salt and pepper. Roll eggs and peppers in tortilla.
