Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk6 tbsp chia seeds1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder1 tbsp stevia (I used Truvia brand)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a lid. Whisk, cover, and refrigerate. Every 5-10 minutes, open and whisk again. After 30 minutes the mixture should resemble tapioca pudding. The longer it sits, the softer and yummier it will get!

Makes two servings.
