spanish rice with shrimp

2 cups uncle bens long grain instant rice1 medium onion1 green pepper1 clove garlic1 carton of chicken broth1 large can diced tomatos1 tsp cumin1 - 2 pounds shrimp
put 1 tsp oil in large pot with rice and cook over med heat for 2-4 minutes until rice is golden. Add onion and pepper and cook 1-2 more minutes. slowly add liquids and cumin. Simmer for 30 minutes. If shrimp is already cooked add at end, if it is raw please add with veggies. Some people like peas in this as well.
