Ingredients
two cans lite coconut milkgreen curry paste to taste (2 to 3 Tablespoons)5 cups organic chicken broth3 chicken breasts no skin.1 chopped red pepper.1.5 cup chopped cabbate1 cup chopped onion1.5 cup chopped mushrooms
Directions
Saute the onion, red pepper, and fresh mushrooms lightly. Add green curry paste, and some chopped fresh ginger if you like it. put in the chicken breasts. Add a container of chicken broth and two cans of lite coco nut milk. Let steep for awhile.

Makes 12 one cup servings of about 90 calories.
