Thai Peanut Pasta

Ingredients
� package uncooked whole wheat Linguine (6.5 oz)1 cup Broccoli, chopped� cup Zucchini, sliced1 medium Onion, sliced thin� cup Carrots, sliced thin 3 cloves Garlic, minced� cup Low Sodium Vegetable Broth2 tbsp Natural Creamy Peanut Butter (Dry Roasted Ground Peanuts)1 tsp Sesame Oil1 tbsp plus 1 tsp Cider Vinegar� tsp ground cayenne pepper3 tbsp Sesame SeedsBean sprouts (optional)Chopped peanuts (optional)
Directions

1.Cook pasta as directed.
2.Combine all vegetables and steam until cooked through (including garlic).
3.Drain veggies if required and add all other ingredients, stirring until smooth on medium heat ( add water until desired consistency).
4. Add pasta and toss to coat.
5. Top with chopped peanuts and bean sprouts if desired, and serve.
