Ingredients
1 cup oatmeal (75 g)1/8 cup Oat Bran (25 g)1/2 cup Raisins (80 g)1 large Apple (~225 g)1 tbsp Molasses (20 g)
Directions
chop apple
soften apple and raisins in hot water for 5 min
add oatmeal and oat bran
cook until creamy
makes 3 1 cup servings (~300g each)
