Thai Slaw

Napa cabbage - 1 head1/2 yellow bell pepper1 green onion1 cup snap peas.5 cup fresh cilantro, or to taste2 tbsp fish sauce.25 cup sesame oil.5 cup seasoned rice vinegar2 tsp sriacha chili sauce, or to taste
Shred 3/4 head of cabbage. Slice pepper thinly. Add in snap peas and cilantro. Slice green onion on the diagonal and add to salad mix.
For dressing, combine fish sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sriracha in small bowl. Adjust to taste - it should be on the spicy side. Pour dressing over salad.
NOTE: Both Sriracha (the chili sauce with the rooster on the label) and Thai fish sauce can be found in the Asian section of your supermarket. To add a little more crunch, add a small amount of unroasted chopped peanuts to the top.
