Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds (remove)sourghum flour - gluten free 1/4 cup, 0.5 serving (remove)*Canola Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)White Wine, 1 fl oz (remove)Parsley, 3 tbsp (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTEdash of garlic powder
put canola oil in pan, cut up chicken into strips and dust with gluten free flour.
fry until brown, remove from pan.
add pat of butter and sliced mushrooms, salt and pepper.
cook until done add wine and chicken stock to deglaze pan.
add chicken, lemon juice and fresh parsley.
heat through and serve.
