Peas frozen 200 gramsSpinach frozen 200 gramsAmul Malai Paneer (cottage cheese) 200 grams packetOnion 1 large - slicedOlive oil 1 tablespoonSalt 0.5 teaspoonCurry powder 1 tspChilli powder 0.5 tspWater 1.5 cups
Peel, wash and chop onions
Saute the onions in the olive oil till onions are translucent
Add the curry powder and chilli powder
Add the thawed frozen peas, saute for a few minutes
Add the thawed frozen spinach saute for two minutes
Add the water
Add the cubed cottage cheese
Finally add the salt.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Divide into 8 portions. If you want instead of chilli powder saute 2 fresh green chillies with onions.
