Spanish Veggie Omelet

Ingredients
half cup egg beaters2 tbsp green bell peppers2 tbsp onions1/4 cup chopped tomatoes1 tbsp fresh cilantro1 slice Kraft Free American Cheese Single2 tbsp La Victoria Salsa Picante , medium cooking spray
Directions
spray pan on med heat with cooking spray
add 1/2 cup egg beaters, when they start to form
add the chopped veggies, then cilantro and then cheese to 1 half side of the omelet.
let cook until eggs are no longer runny and then fold the empty half of eggs over the loaded half.
let heat through for a minute or two and then slide out of pan onto plate.
Top with 2 tbsp salsa picante
