Ingredients
2 Tilapia Filet - 5.5 oz each2 TBSP Olive Oil10 TSP Zatarains Creole SeasoningKnorr Rice Sides - Chicken & Broccoli (prepared according to package)
Directions
Pre-Heat Oven to 450 Degrees
Brush Tilapia with Olive Oil on both sides
Sprinkle Zatarains on both sides of filet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until done.

Prepare Knorr Rice Side according to package.

Serve Tilapia over rice.
