Colorado Green chile

Ingredients
6 oz. ground turkey 10 fresh tomatoes 4 tomatillos2 poblano peppers roasted and peeled4 anaheim peppers roasted and peeled 3 jalpenos minced1 onion diced2 garlic cloves minced1/4 c. cilantro chopped
Directions
In a large sauce pan place tomatoes and tomatillos bring to a boil. Cook until skin of tomatoes starts to crack about 5 mins. Place turkey in a med. sized sauce pan over a med heat add onion, garlic, jalpeno salt and pepper cooking until meat is done. While meat is cooking roast and peel poblanos and anaheims. Cool and dice peppers. Puree tomatoes and tomatillos and add to meat adding peppers and cilantro. Simmer for at least 30 mins. The longer the better. Serve as a sauce over bean burritos.
