Scallop Cauliflower with Ham

Ingredients
1 bag frozen Cauliflower.25 cup finly chopped onion8 oz Cheddar Cheese4 oz Heavy Creaamsalt & pepper to taste.25 cup butter.5 cup diced ham
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350 degres. Run cool water over frozen cauliflower in collander to seperate peices. Spray medium casserole dish with non stick cooking spray, and layer 1/2 the cauliflower on bottom, season with salt and pepper, then layer with 1/2 the onions and thinly sliced pats of butter. Add 1/2 cheese, and half the ham. Repeat layers until all gone. Pour cream over the top and bake for 45 minutes. Makes 8 side servings or 4 main servings
