Pineapple, Banana, Almond kick start smoothie

Directions
1 medium size banana1 c. diced fresh pineapple.5 tsp. ground cinnamon1 Cinnamon, Almond Raisin RAW Energy bar (see in my recipes)1/4 c. water
Toss all ingredients in blender with a few ice cubes and blend on high until creamy consistency. Pour in a tall glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
