Basic Mixed Bean Chili with Hamburger

1 pd extra lean hamburgerlarge can of no-salt tomatoes (29floz)can of kidney beans - thoroughly rinsed (19floz)can of mixed beans - thoroughly rinsed (19floz)sliced mushrooms - 2 cups1 cup frozen corn kernels1 medium white onion diced2 tbsp chili powder (or to taste)1 tbsp ground cumin (or to taste)1 tsp basil (or to taste)1 tsp oregano (or to taste)1 tsp dry mustard (or to taste)2 tbsp sugar (optional)pepper
Directions
Crock Pot - low - all day.
Season to taste 30 min prior to serving - chili powder, cayenne pepper, balsamic vinegar, Mrs. Dash, chili flakes, etc...
