8 oz. reduced fat american cheese (tear into pieces)12 oz. smart taste elbows1 cup 1% milk3 tbs. olivio lightsalt and pepper to taste
Cook elbows in salted water according to package directions. Strain. In pot cook over medium heat butter, milk and cheese stirring until cheese is melted. Add back cooked macaroni and cook until heated through. Season to taste.
