2 tbsp butter, unsalted1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened2 tbsp Honey3 tbsp egg whites1/4 cup of water2 very ripe bananas, mashed (about 1-1.5 cups)1.5 cups of whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt2 tbsp almond milk, original
Preheat oven to 350, Cream together honey, applesauce, and butter. Add egg whites and water, then stir in bananas. In separate bowl sift together flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir together until moistened, adding milk to blend. Spray loaf pan with no cal no fat cooking spray, pour mixture in pan. Bake in oven for 60 min or until tooth pick inserted into center of loaf comes out dry.
