Honey Maple Chicken Breast

6 split boneless skinless chicken breasts1/4 cup honey1/4 cup maple syrup1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice1 tablespoon soy sauce1 tablespoon poultry seasoning1 tablespoon herbes de provence
Makes 6 servings
In a bowl, combine everything but the chicken and blend well. Pour into a large plastic zip bag, add chicken and marinate for at least one hour - turning once.
Transfer to a baking dish that has been sprayed with pan spray and bake at 350 for 1/2 hour or until an thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the breast reads between 165 and 170 degrees F.
Let the meat rest for a few minutes before you serve.
