Ingredients
1 cup Pumpkin2 Eggs or (3 egg whites)1 1/4 cup Oatmeal, ground in blender and then measure the oats1/2 cup Splenda1 teaspoon Cinnamon1/2 teaspoon Ginger1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder3/4 cup Dried Cranberry's
Directions
Combine all ingredients with mixer. Spray pam in 6 large muffin cups. Fill muffin pan with mixture. Bake at 350* F for 25 to 30 minutes. This make 6 large muffins.
