Ingredients: * Bambussprossen / bamboo shoots LienYing, 170 gram(s) * Mung Bean Sprouts/Mungobohnenkeimlinge LienYing, 170 gram(s) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Garlic, 2 cloves * Brown Sugar, 8 tsp unpacked * Cider Vinegar, 6 tbsp * Tomatenmark / tomato puree, 40 gram(s) * Corn Starch, 30 grams * Soy Sauce, 5 tbsp * Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 6 teaspoon *Harissa, Cave Mezza brand, 2 tbs/30gr, 10 gram(s) *Cabbage, chinese (pak-choi), raw, 600 grams ,cut in smalll pieces
Directions
Makes 10 servings each about 300g respectively 2 dippers

Set 2500 ml water to cook, add all ingredients, stir well
add some ginger if you like or some eggs or egg whites
