Asparagus, Shrimp & Penne in White Clam Sauce

4 Tbsp butter1 bunch Asparagus, trimmed & cut into 1" pieces2 teas minced garlic (I use jarred)2 Tbsp dried parsley3-6.5 oz cans chopped clams w/ juice14 oz peeled, thawed shrimp16 oz Penne pasta, cooked1/2 c Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta as directed on package.
Meanwhile, melt butter in sauce pan. Add garlic and asparagus and cook until asparagus is slightly tender. Add parsley, clams with juice and shrimp and bring just to boiling to heat through.
Add clam sauce to drained pasta and stir in Parmesan cheese or sprinkle on top.
