Mel's Kitchen Lemon- Blueberry Muffins

1 1/2 Cup Blueberries(fresh or frozen)2 Cups All Purpose Flour1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar1 TBSP Baking Powder1/2 tsp Salt1/2 Cup Sour Cream1 Egg (beaten)1/2 Cup Whole Milk / Vitamin D6 TBSP Butter (melted) 2 tsp Lemon Juice
1. Line 12 cup muffin pan w/ muffin liners or grease & flour each cup. Pre-heat oven to 375 (high altitude) 400 (everywhere else).
2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder & salt.
3. In a separate bowl put blueberries & toss w/ 3 TBSP's of the flour mixture. Set aside.
4. In another (large) bowl whisk sour cream,egg, milk, butter, and lemon juice.
5. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredient mixture until just moistened.
6. Gently fold in blueberries.
7. Cook for 25 minutes & 375 F.
