Dry Garlic chutney

Ingredients
dry grated, unsweetened coconut - 1 cup1 tbsp oil10 cloves garlic2 tsp red chilli powderfor Spices, add to taste - saltcumin powder coriander powder dry mango powder
Directions
roast coconut until light brown
heat oil, ad garlic, toast 2 min
let it cool
combine coconut, garlic, all the spices, and grind coarsely
can be stored or frozen
