Southwestern Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Pam Spray1 lb chicken breasts cut into strips1 tsp chili powder3/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp oregano1/4 tsp ground cumin4 cups baby spinach1 can mandarin oranges1 medium avocado, peeled seeded and diced1 small red onion, sliced and separated into rings
Directions
Heat a skilled over medium-high heat. Spray w/pam. Stir-fry chicken until cooked through, sprinkle with spices. Arrange spinach on dinner plates, top w/oranges, avocado and red onion. Spread hot chicken on top.
