Quick Easy Bran Muffins w/Raisins

Ingredients
1c. Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal1c. Nonfat Milk1 large egg3 tBsp. Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread1/2 c. raisins1/4 c. slivered almonds1 c. Whole Wheat Pastry Flour3 tsp. baking powder1/2 c. brown sugar, lightly packed1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 and grease muffin pan. Combine cereal and milk. Add egg and spread, mix well. Add raisins and almonds. Set aside

Sift together pastry flour and baking powder. Add brown sugar, cinnamon and salt, stirring to combine.

Give wet bowl one last good mix, then add the dry items and stir til just combined. Spoon mixture into 12 muffin cups. Bake 15-20 min.
