Ham and Cheese Quiche

1 C. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese1 C. sliced extra lean ham, chopped or torn4 large eggs1/4 C. frozen cut leaf spinach1 ready to bake frozen pie crustsplash of skim milk
1. Prick frozen pie shell with fork and bake at 400 for 10 minutes
2. Mix all ingredients together in bowl and beat together until combined well...don't over beat or mixture will not be fluffy
3. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 for 40 minutes
4. Remove from oven and let rest 5-10 minutes
Makes 6 servings.
