Mustard Greens Chips

Ingredients
Line large baking sheet with parachment paper. Wash greens and dry really well. If any have large stems, remove the stems. Tear large pieces. Put the greens on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with the olive oil, salt (sea salt), pepper and pepper flakes. Mix well and spread out.Bake for about 10 minutes . Greens will be crispy.Note: you can add garlic power or whatever seasoning you like. Remember greens cook up to nothing.Watch the last minute or two. Because they will burn easily.
