I made these using 1 c whole wheat flour and 1 cup all purpose flour. I added a little water to the dough because it was drier than I liked. Turned out well. - 3/31/11

These were easy and quick and tasted good. I have a big cookie scoop which measures a Tbsp which worked well to scoop and drop the biscuits. I might try adding a little whole wheat flour next to make them a bit healthy. I also added buttermilk powder in with the dry ingredients. There were none left - 1/1/08
