Berry good low fat strawberry smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup fat-free milk1/2 cup plain non fat yogurt1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, thawed1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder4 ice cubes2 tablespoons sugar
Directions
In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 30-45 seconds or until smooth. Stir if necessary. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 4 (1 cup) servings.
