3 eggs1/2 c. milk (nonfat)1/2 c. flour
Blend all ingredients, coat bottom of pie pan or small round casserole dish with a small amount of olive oil.
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes in a pie pan or small casserole dish.
Serve plain or topped with butter and fruit. For a treat add 1/4 c. orange juice.
