Ginger Berry and Oat Smoothie

Ingredients
1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats1/2 cup frozen blueberries1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt1/2 cup ice2 tbsp brown sugar1/4-1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
Directions
1. Place the oats and ½ cup water in a blender.
2. Let soak until the oats have softened, about 15 minutes.
3. Add the blueberries, yogurt, ice, sugar, and ginger.
4. Blend until smooth and frothy.
