Whole Wheat Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients
Flour, white whole wheat or mix of whole wheat and unbleachedsugarsaltbaking powdercinnamonmini-chocolate chipsground flax seedmilkeggoil
Directions
Pre heat griddle. Mix all dry ingredients, stir in chocolate chips.
Combine milk and egg, whisk to combine. Pour into well in dry ingredients. Add oil. Stir until combined.
Pour 1/4c for each pancake.
Freeze leftovers in single layer. Toast frozen pancakes for healthy, quick breakfast.
