Ingredients
3 cups cooked pinto beans1 cup brown rice (uncooked)1 onion, chopped2 tbsp minced garlic3 bistro sensation chicken sausages cut into bite-sized pieces
Directions
Cook brown rice as instructed on package. Saute onions, garlic, and chicken sausage until onions are translucent. Add brown rice and pinto beans. Makes 8 1-cup servings
