Cranberry Apple Chutney

Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries1 onion, chopped1 apple, chopped1 - 1/2" slice ginger root2 tbsp raw sugar1/2 cup water1 tbsp vinegar
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a heavy bottoms saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes or until cranberries pop. Serve warm or cold.
