Cheesy Broccoli Soup ~ The Best!

Ingredients
4 cps water12 oz Frozen hashbrown cube potatoes1 cp chopped celery1 cp chopped onion1 cp chopped carrots4 cps chopped broccoli2 cubes of chicken broth prepared in 2 cps water1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper3 TBS flour2 cps skim milk6 oz Velveeta cubed
Directions
In large stock pot put water, potatoes, celery, onion, carrots, broccoli, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and simmer until veggies are tender, 15-20 minutes. Blend flour with milk. Slowly add to hot veggies, stirring constantly until thickens. Add cheese cubes and stir until melted and smooth. Divide evenly - Makes 5 - 2 cp servings! (Sometimes I omit the potato for an even better calorie count) :)
