Burritos done right

Ingredients
1- pound of ground lean turkey. 1- table spoon of olive oil. 1- cup of chopped onion.1- package of Lawerys taco seasoning.2- 16oz cans of fat free refried beans.1-package of 10 mission 8 inch fat free flour tortillas.2 cups of low fat chedder cheese,1-cup of fat free sour cream,1- cup salsa,1- cup of chopped romaine lettuce,1 large ripe tomato chopped.
Directions
In a large skillet on medium heat add olive oil, ground turkey, and onion. Cook till turkey is done. Next put in taco seasoning and 3/4 cup of water. Stir and cook until seasoning is well blended in. Next add both cans of fat free beans mix in till beans and meat are well blended. Turn down heat and let simmer 5 mins. Take one tortilla and scoop beans and turkey into the middle. Next sprinkle cheese,salsa, lettuce, tomato,and sour cream over the top. Roll up and enjoy! Makes 10 to 12 serving.
