Ingredients
1 Pound Large Shrimp, Peeled & Deveined¼ cup Dry White Wine¼ teaspoon salt Dash of Ground red pepper4 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine1 Cup Fresh Bread Crumbs (about 2 slices)1 Clove of Garlic1 Tablespoon of Parsley
Directions
1. Rinse Shrimp with cold water, pat dry with paper towels
2. Preheat oven to 425˚F. In 12 x 8 baking dish , place shrimp in a single layer. Pour in wine; sprinkle shrimp with salt and ground red pepper.
3. In 10” skillet over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook bread crumbs and garlic until crumbs are golden brown. Remove from heat; stir in parsley. Sprinkle crumb mixture over shrimp. Bake 10 minutes or until shrimp are tender.
