Whole Wheat Pita Pocket (sliced in half to make 2 pizza's)Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce Turkey PepperoniGarlic PowderRed Pepper Flakes (Optional)Low Fat Mozzarella CheeseSliced Baby Bella MushroomsCorn Meal (Optional)
Preheat oven to 450
Start by slicing the pita in half so you have 2 Pizza's
on back side of pizza I spray with a little cooking spray and sprinkle a little corn meal on the bottom. (adds a bit of resturant quality)
Flip back over and add the pizza sauce
I add the garlic salt & Crushed Pepper Flakes to the sauce and then spread over the pita.
Add the pepperoni, mushrooms & cheese
Stick in oven for 12 to 15 min until Cheese just starts to brown.
