Cabbage Crunch Salad

Ingredients
15 cups cabbage shredded8 small scallions sliced1/2 cup olive oil3 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds2 Tablespoons Honey1/4 cup Apple Cider3/4 cup Silvered almonds
Directions
Toast Sesame Seeds: Place in a small heavy skillet over medium heat. Stir occasionally 2 to 3 minutes or until they start to take on color and become fragrant.

Salad: In a large mixing bowl, toss cabbage, sesame seeds, scallions, and almonds. Refrigerate until ready to dress and serve.

Dressing: Whisk together oil, cider, honey and salt/pepper to taste. Whisk well and pour over salad; toss to coat.

    Calories per serving seem way off! - 1/23/11

    I checked the nutritional information in another program that counts calories and it came up 344 Cal, and 28g Fat. I was honestly surprised when that it was this high also.
