Asian Beef w/ Carrots and snow peas

2 cup carrots1 cup snow peas1lb beef round1/2 cup celery1/2 cup onion1tsp garlic, fresh1tsp ginger, fresh2 Tbsp conrstarch2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce1 can low sodium chicken broth2 Tbsp brown sugar
Thinly slice the beef on an angle.
Heat pan on medium high heat and spray with olive oil cooking spray. Add in beef, onion, snow peas and garlic. Cook throughly and remove from pan. Add in carrots and celery and half of chicken broth. Place lid on pan and cook until carrots are crisp. With remaing broth mix with sugar, cornstarch and soy sauce. Add to pan and stir until thickened. Then add back cooked beef.
Serve hot.
