Thai turkey stir fry

4 cloves garlic, sliced thin500 g turkey breast meat, sliced into thin bite- sized pieces1 jumbo green salad onion sliced thin diagonally1 chili pepper, de-seeded and sliced thinly1 tsp ground Ginger 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce1tbs low sodium soy sauce2 tbs vegetable oilHandful of fresh basil leaves, chopped
Slice or chop all ingredients before beginning the cooking process as this dish cooks quickly.
Heat oil in a wok. Add onions,chili,and garlic and cook 2 mins. Add meat and, stirring often, cook until no longer pink inside. Do not drain off meat juices. Add Ginger, Worcestershire and soy sauces and cook for another min.
Spoon over rice or noodles and sprinkle with basil.
