3 lbs Chicken breast boneless skinless 2 medium Onions sliced thin 3 T Distilled White Vinegar3 T Heinz Worchestershire sauce (reduced sodium)2 T Brown sugar (light)Pepper, black, 1 dash 2 tsp Mrs. Dash Chipotle seasoning1 cup Winn Dixie chicken broth low sodiumafter you remove from crockpot to thicken sauce in seperate pan add the following1T tomato paste1 tsp ground red pepper2 tsp cuminused cornstarch to thicken approx 1/2 cup should do
