Bistro Salad

Ingredients
6 cups shredded lettuce6 slices turkey bacon cooked, crumbled1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced4 hard boiled eggs, chopped1/2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed and blanched
Directions
Cover a platter w/ lettuce. Arrange bacon, onions, eggs and beans in rows over the lettuce. Then serve w/ your favorite dressing.
