Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 12 oz (remove)Shallots, .25 tbsp chopped (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Thyme, ground, 1.5 tsp (remove)Garlic powder, .25 tsp (remove)*Onion powder, .25 tsp (remove)*Garlic Salt (McCormick), 0.25 tsp (remove)*Onion Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)*Black Pepper (Ground), 0.25 tsp (remove)*cajun seasoning, 0.25 tsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)*Bread Crumbs Dry, Plain, .50 cup (remove)
Directions
Mince garlic and onion. Add everything together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate to let the ingredients merry for however long you desire. Shape into 4 patties (they make huge servings so feel free to cut them down even if you'd like). Spray outdoor grill (or foreman grill) with pam before putting patties on. You can also brush the patties with olive oil if you prefer to use something more natural. Grill until well done (I usually plan for them to take about minutes total).
