Homemade Egg Salad

Ingredients
6 large eggs3 tbsp fat free mayo2 tsp honey mustard6 large black olives, crushed or sliced1/4 tsp each of onion powder (adjust to taste)salt and pepper to taste1 tsp bacon bits (optional)
Directions
Hard boil the eggs in a 5 quart pan full of water (or buy them already boiled to save cooking time).
After eggs are cooled and peeled, mash with a fork in a bowl until egg whites are in roughly 1 inch pieces. Add in mayo and mix thoroughly. Add in remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve. I have mine on Wasa crackers, which is delicious!
