Shallots, 3 tbsp choppedGarlic, 3 cloves, mincedGinger Root, 1-inch slices, minced or grated Lemon Juice, 2 tablespoons*garam marsala, 2 tsp*Cumin, 1 tspPepper, red or cayenne, .25 tspCloves, ground, .5 tsp*Fenugreek seed, .5 tspSalt, .5 tspPepper, black, .5 tspButter, unsalted, 1 tbspTomato Paste, .2 tablespoonsGreek Yogurt-Fat Free, Plain, 1 cup5 boneless. skinless Chicken Thigh (one pack from costco)
put chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle with shallots, garlic, and ginger. Add spices and juice. Top off with paste and butter.
Close lid and let cook on low for 5 hours.
Serve with broccoli and rice.
