Ingredients
Mince Beef, tomato cans/packs, mushrooms canned or fresh, salt, 2 bay leaves, 2 tbsp mixed herbs, 2 garlic cloves, 1tsp black pepper
Directions
Chop the onion and put it together with the mince beef in the stockpot or iron cast casserole on medium heat. Keep steering to avoid the meat forming lumps together so it stays nice and thin. After about 10mns, remove the excess fat made from the cooked meat (put a lid on and let it run in the sink). Once you got rid of all the juice, put the stockpot back on slow heat and add 2 cans of chopped tomatoes and 1 cup of water. Add the mushrooms, salt, pepper, bay leaves and mixed herbs. Leave it to cook for an hour at least. The longer it cooks the better it gets, sometimes I even cook it the evening before and have it the next day!
Just before serving, chop the garlic and add it to the sauce, mix well and serve on the top of the spaghetti. You can add some fresh grated parmesan cheese and bueno appetito!
