Favorite Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups all purpose sifted flour3 teaspoons baking powder1 tablespoon sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1 large egg, beaten1 cup 2% milk2 tablespoons canola oil
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients and mix. Combine dry and wet ingredients together with a wisk.
For a thinner batter, add 2 tablespoons of milk.
Cook 1/4 cup batter for each pancake on a hot griddle or non-stick frying pan. No oil is need to coat pans. Turn pancake when bubbles form. Cook for approx. 1 minute more.

Makes 10 pancakes using 1/4 cup batter for each.
