Mexican Meatballs

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef 1 package taco seasoning mix 1 green onion, finely diced 2 eggs, beaten 1 minced clove garlic 1 block sharp cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 425° F.
2. Mix all ingredients except cheese together in a bowl.
3. Mold the meat by tablespoonfuls around a cube of cheese to form a meatball. Place meatballs on a jelly roll pan sprayed with PAM and bake for 7 - 10 minutes or until meat is done and cheese has melted.
Serves 10.
