Gayle's Tuna Salad

2-3 cans tuna4 tbsp chopped celery6-8 tbsp low fat mayo3 tsp yellow or dijon mustard1/2 of a medium onion, chopped2 or 3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped fine1 or 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped fineSalt and Pepper to taste
